Ltd. started in the year 2000 as a small-scale unit with a setup of only CNC Machines, Power Press, Press-Brake & Conventional Lathe Machines with a small workforce & limited Customers. Under the dynamic leadership of  Mr. Taha L. Baugwala along with strong technical direction of Mr. V. S. Borade & a dedicated team, the company established itself as one of the leading manufacturers of Precision Automobile Components, Sheet Metal Press Components, Dies, Moulds, Electrical & Allied components.
