TOUGH CASTING PRIVATE LIMITED is an ISO 9001:2000 certified quality castings and assembly manufacturers. We have a unique set up, well-equipped with all types of facilities under one roof & with our whole time sub-contractors.

The company was started in 1994 at Plot no. E-68, MIDC< Shiroli, Kolhapur. From the start the unit is engaged in production of pressure tested graded castings, heat resistant and wear resistant castings. This is a Private Limited company with the directors as bellow,

Mrs. Sushama B. Kadolkar & Mr. Balasaheb Y. Kadolkar are technically qualified and take care of financial aspects & Marketing. Mr. Amol B. Kadolkar is also associated with them for last 8-9 years and looks after day-to-day activities in all sections alongwith production as a major part. He also looks after marketing and designing sections. In due course of time we have developed many castings required as spares for boiler manufacturers, Sugar Industries, Cement Industries, Chemical Industries, Power Plants etc. For a last couple of years, we are engaged in manufacturing, assembling, erecting & commissioning of a product called Travelling Grate required mainly in co-generation plants and acts as Fuel Firing Bed.

We also manufacture pressure tested boiler quality (IBR approved), heat resistant and wear resistant castings alongwith other graded castings. We also have facility for producing Stainless Steel, Low & High Alloy Steel, Low & High Alloy Cast Iron, S. G. Iron, Ni-Hard castings etc We have facility to supply fully machined castings as per drawing. We have a separate well-equipped machine shop to cater the machining requirements.

The company is registered with IBR, Mumbai & National Sugar Federation.

We have a separate unit at Belgaum, Karnataka, India, which is our sister concern in the name of M/s. SOUND CAST ALLOYS PVT. LTD, BELGAUM, where we manufacture low alloy and graded C.I. castings. We have established our name as a reliable source for graded quality castings meeting all quality standards.
