MgO based formulation to be used with 8 to 10 % foundry grade Sodium Silicate for making the area of furnace outside the coil and mouth of furnace. Product has good resistance to wear due to mechanical abrasion.
Indtop
This is a High MgO based refractory powder blended with suitable binders to protect the Induction furnace coils.
Indkote
This material is designed for repairing the cracks and other erosion that occurs in the lining during usage. It possesses good workability and has no shrinkage upto 1650 0 C and has good erosion resisting properties. The chemical composition is similar to the ramming mass but the grading/ binder is different for good workability.
Indpatch
An Induction furnace ramming material made from Dead Burnt Magnesite clinker in association with either Alumina or Chrome. Specially bonded with clays and other chemical binders to achieve the desired sintering characteristics.
