With a capacity of about 1000Tannes/ annum, the foundry has been dishing out a variety of high quality castings which find applications, in various strategic industries, all over the country. Among its various small and large precision casting are, Brass Bushes, Gear Blanks, Bronze Bushes, high tensile Brasses ( Manganese Bronze ), Phospher Bronze, lead Bronze, Aluminium Bronze and gun metals, all adhering to international standards such as BS 1400 , ASTM, SAE and IS. The foundry employs both Centrifugal and Green sand Moulding processes for manufacturing Bronze Bushes and Gear Blank castings.The Copper Alloy foundry of industries, offers, special features such as fine grained micro-structure with controlled dendrites or even dendrite free castings, excellent hardness and wear resistance, the production facility is equipped with the advanced CNC machines, intricate helical grooving facility, SPMs, cylindrical grinding facility and special facilities such as Burnishing and Grinding.
