Centrifugally Cast Aluminium Bronze Rings

Castings are produced to customer specification and drawings and in full compliance with chemical and physical properties to international standards.

Sand and chill castings of non-ferrous metals, in particolar special bronze alloys (tin, aluminium, high lead content, etc.). Zinc and tin copper castings. Brass. Application of anti-friction white metal lining. Centrifugal Castings up to a diameter 3,000 mm. Mouldings up to a weight of 12,000 kg. All supported by machined shops to finish our castings.

WHAT WE DO?

We are also experienced in "centrifugal" or "spun" cast press tool bushes in any kind of alloy, supplied ready for use.

We produce aluminium bronze castings for heavy machinery (such as rolling mills and presses) and for steel industry, tin and zinc - copper castings for shipyards and power generators and bronze castings with high lead content for bearing production (used in the chemical, paper - manufacturing and cement sectors).

We are specialized in "Centrifugal" of "Spun" Casting up to a maximum diameter of 3.500 mm and weighing up to 16.000 kg.
