Forged

The tools of the weight 50-12000 kg are caste in the conditions of the cast iron shop.

Works by the manufacturing of the difficult castings are made by the specialists of the plant.

In the present time in the cast iron shop are manufactured the following grades of cast iron: 10, 15, 20, 30. 1, -40.

Accuracy of the mould piece for the casting in the vacuum-film send forms by the standard 266645-85 corresponds to the 7-10 class of accuracy.

Forming is realized on the block of vacuum-film forming (Germany). Dimensions of the castings are limited by the dimensions of the specially shaped molding boxes 1400x1400x600mm. Min width of the wall 10 mm.

Melting of the pig iron (cast iron) is realized by 2 cupola furnaces with productivity 10 TPH.

An electric-arc furnace -12 of the constant current is allowed to cast a work pieces up to 12 500 kg, manufactures the casting of the responsible assignment.

Steel castings:

The presence of the thermal furnaces is allowed to realize a thermal treatment of forging pieces and tools from the carbon, constructional, alloy and tool steel and also annealing of  large-sized weld constructions.

Thermal treatment:

Hummer for forging: cubes, disks with holes, shafts with weighing from 20 to 150 kg made from carbon and alloy steels.

Press No2   1250T, max L4000mm, max ? 400 mm, and also round section with benches, disks, disks with holes, bushes and cylinders with weighing 300 kg.

Press No1  2000T, max L6500mm, max ? 800 mm, ring  ?1300-1950 mm.
