The manufacture we represent has one of the largest green-sand molding lines. It posses the advanced technology measured at international level. The Steel Foundry Plant has 3 automatic molding lines with auxiliary equipments including sand treatment, cleaning, heat treatment, metallographic inspection, mechanical property and chemical composition test systems. A great variety steel casting articles can be manufactured in this plant.The static-pressure impact molding line was built by German company KW Company. The sand treatment equipment such as sand mixer, cooler and moisture automatically control devices were also imported from KW Company. The dimension of the flask can be produced is 1500*1200*500 mm and output reaches 60 flasks per hour.The electric induction furnaces and cupola were built by an US company, Endor Iron Furnace. The core shooter used was made by German company. The plant is also equipped with the furan resin self-hardening core making line.The main products of this plant are grey and ductile iron castings ranging from 50 to 500 kilograms per piece for trucks, tractors, diesel engines and mining equipment, etc.
