We adopt advanced investment casting facilities together with technological process using silicasol and CNC lathes to produce stainless steel, alloy steel and carbon steel's precision casting products. 95% of our products are exported to North America, Japan and Europe. Our company is located at Wuxi new industry district Shuofang zero. With 200 members and rich technology resources in investment casting, HongYi has an advanced technological process from wax pattern injection,coating with silicasol, dewaxing with high temperature vapor, fast melting to pouring and behind-treatment. We also have facilities of heat treatment and shot blast and acid-fined technological process, and we have the capability to produce 960 tons stainless steel castings each year.
