The body of the roller is manufactured from adopting high quality pigiron ,smelted in electrical furnace and founded by composite centrifugal casting technology . High quality structural carbon steel is adopted and quenching and tempering treatment is done for the axis material to insure its mechanical property . Superfine machining is uesd in production and dynamic balancing is done to insure steady turning of the grinding roller and low noise .
