All-Welded Wire-Wrapped Screen

Aokai well screens are manufactured by wedge shaped wire around an internal array of longitudinal support rods. Each intersecting point of the wire is fusion welded. The v or wedge shaped profile wire wraps around the support rods over the full length of the screen creating a continuous slot opening, hence the screen allows water (oil) to enter your well freely in ample quantities while at the same time keeps the majority of sand and gravel out of the well. Advantage:Continuous slot opening significantly increases the available open area, providing greater access to the water-bearing zone. Non clogging V shaped profile wire, avoiding clogging, is self-cleaning and ensures an uninterruptedflow. Sand grains make only-two-point contact and do not wedge in the screen's inwardly enlarging slot. Large open area allows more water to enter at much lesser frictional head loss and the efficiency of well is improved appreciably.
