PSC The Clark-Drain range of PSC access covers have been specifically designed with the stringent requirements of the utilities industry in mind. Operator safety is the foremost consideration in its design. Manual Handling Compliance The complete range of Clark-Drain PSC access covers are hinged and torsion spring assisted to minimise the opening and closing effort required when operating the cover mechanism. This complies with the Manual Handling Operations Regulations 1992. Security Coupled with the robust steel construction Assemblies are designed so as no external holding down positions are visible when the cover is in the closed position. Access covers include turncatch locking as standard however recessed hasp and staple locking is also available on request. Whilst the Clark-Drain PSC range of access covers can cater for clear openings up to 1200mm as standard. Other chamber sizes are best considered using twin or triple leaf arrangements as shown. Units of more than one cover include removable sealing bars which ensure complete resistance to the ingress of surface water around all four sides of each individual cover.
