Insulated CurtainsBoth welded webbing and pocketed curtain systems can be insulated to suit refrigerated trucks and trailers.Polyweld's insulated curtains have been independently tested by CSIRO to give thermal resistance ratings listed below. Tests performed to Australian standard ASTM 518/AS2464.5-1985Significant operating cost savings are possible with Polyweld insulated curtains. Better thermal performance means lower achievable temperatures. Polyweld's insulation material consists of a layer of air cells laminated to a layer of aluminium foil. These two elements give the material both insulating and reflective properties.
