On a side-tensioned machine, the alternating straight and intercrimped warp wires provide a good material agitation. This specially designed layout provides wire movement within the crimps, for enhanced cleaning action. The shute wires are custom-placed on the bar-rails of the screening machine for maximum open area and extra protection. It is extremely successful on inclined screens for "Removing fines from crushed material" or for "Rapid desanding of natural bank run material".
