Fast-Ribbed Formwork

High Ribbed Formwork is manufactured from hot-dipped galvanized steel sheets. Because its meshes and U patterns, it has better anti-stress capability and forming flexibility than normal metal lath. Expanded Metal Lath has stiffening V ribs providing strength for its tensile force. Stiffened by longitudinal ribs, gives a uniform coat depth for large areas.

A complete Avoided-dismantling Mould meshes include two Parts, that is continuously protruding U bone shape mesh and fish bone tight side. The strength of V shape mesh bone, continuous prequel arranged V mesh bone is the main source of the strength of steel mesh, the mesh can bend an the V shape bone parallel direction.
