Acceptable Procedure
   1.  Buyer will Issue LOI/ICPO with complete Bank details
   2. Seller will accept and Issue FCO and will send Draft SalesContract (DSC)/NCNDA within 3 Banking days
   3. Buyer will review and will send the (altered; If necessary) DSCsigned to Seller
   4. Buyer will sign and seal DSC and return to Seller
   5. Buyer will Issue Buyer issues Irrevocable Non-Operative Letterof Credit/Standby letter of Credit from top 25 world bank
   6. The Seller issues P.B 2% of the total value of the L/C to theBuyers bank within 7 banking days (Bank to Bank base)
   7. YARD VISIT: after the final contract is signed and the IR L/Cis accepted by the sellers bank.
   8. Shipment starts according to the terms of FSC.
   9. All expenses at loading port shall be at Sellers account andall expenses and costs at discharging port at Buyers account.
