Chopped Strand Mat

 

Chopped strand mats are made of chopped strands of 50mm in length, which are randomly dispersed and bound together with polyester binder in powder or emulsion form, The mats are compatible with unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester and other various resins.

 

1) Light Chopped Strand Mat

Density: 100g/m2, 125g/m2, 150g/m2, 180g/m2,200g/m2

Application: for automobile headliners manufacturing.

Roll width: 1000-2200mm

 

2) Heavy Chopped Stand Mat

Density: 225g/m2, 250g/m2, 300g/m2, 380g/m2,450g/m2,600g/m2 ,

Binder in powder or emulsion form.

Application: primely used in hand lay-up for FRP products including boats, city facilities, sanitary equipment, automotive parts, pipes.

Roll width: 400~2200mm
