FRP Grating is a one-piece (integral), reinforced polyester or vinyl ester FRP grating available in standard panels and sizes. It is manufactured by interweaving continuous, thoroughly-wetted, fiberglass strand with the rmosetting resin systems.

Typical applications include floor systems, walkways, work platforms, stairs, ramps, trench covers and catwalks. FRP Technologies integral, long-lasting anti-slip top surface makes this the grating of choice in many industries. It is preferred when slippery working conditions are present.

They are widely used in the power generation, sewage treatment, oil refining and oceanographic survey fields as work floors, stair treads, and trench covers for loading frames.

Apart from standard panels, we can also produce gratings of different thickness, mesh and panel size.
Surfaces available include concave top, smooth grating, gritted top, covered with grit, flat or decorative plating, etc.

Mold resin system for FRP grating products:

1) Type O (orthophthalic polyester resin):
a) These gratings can be used in seawater, weak acid, and other special environments
b) Operation temperature: 50 ~ 60 Centigrade

2) Type I (isophthalic polyester resin):
a) These gratings can be used in middle concentration inorganic acids, inorganic alkalis, and other special environments
b) Operation temperature: 50 ~ 90 Centigrade

3) Type (vinyl ester resin):
a) These gratings can be used in corrosive environments, both acid and alkali
b) Operation temperature: 50 ~ 110 Centigrade

4) Type P (phenolic aldehyde):
a) Has exceedingly good fire resistance, acid resistance and dissolvent resistance
b) Oxygen index: 50
c) Low smoke levels, high temperature resistance
d) Long-term usage temperature: 180 Centigrade
