Our exclusive Bulitex process begins by weaving glass fibers into a flexible fabric that can be customized in thickness and width. Next, several layers of the woven glass are impregnated with tough polypropylene resin and then laminated together under heat and pressure, and the multilayer structure becomes rigid as it cools. Depending on the final thickness (from 0.025 to 0.200 inch), Bulitex is rolled into coils up to 2400 feet long and up to 108 inches wide, or cut to length to suit a specific application.
