This kind of sandwich panel material has widely application in automobile, railway carriage, airplane, marine, windmills, building and so on. It can be made into door, interior and furniture on train, vessel or aircraft; also can use in container, ventilation tubing, wind power, housing etc.
Base on this 3D fabric, coated by synthetic resin, a revolutionary material is created, which is called sandwich panel. It has advanced physical properties such as light weight, firm intensity, high stiffness, excellent thermal insulation, acoustic damping etc.
3D Fiberglass Fabric Material is a new technology. Origin from traditional velvet weaving industry, 3D Fiberglass Fabric is an innovated fabric woven out of a 100% E-glass yarn and consists of two deck-layers bonded together by vertical piles. These piles are woven into the deck-layers thus forming an integral sandwich structure. We can distinguish two directions in the fabric: warp and weft. The warp direction can be recognized by the length of the roll and the eight-shaped piles. The weft direction can be recognized by the width of the roll and the I-shaped piles.
