GRP is a composition of two components, the reinforcing glass and the matrix (the continuous phase). The matrix is based on
cured thermosetting polyester resin while the reinforcement glass are from several types of glass fibers such as chopped Strand
Matt, Continuous Matt, Woven Roving etc.Although the matrix does not provides strength it serves to bond the reinforcing glass
fiber and to transfer the load to the reinforcing phase.
FRP/GRP Round Tubes are designed for environments where corrosion resistance and strength are essential. Their cylindrical shape distributes stress evenly, making them suitable for high-pressure applications like industrial piping. The smooth internal surface minimizes friction, ...
FRP/GRP Rectangular Tubes are characterized by a good strength-to-weight ratio and rigidity. They are effective in load-bearing and resisting bending, making them suitable for framing and supports in composite structures. Their rectangular shape provides torsional resistance, ...
FRP/GRP Square Tubes are commonly used in the production of frames, rails, supports, and modular construction elements. The square cross-section offers resistance to torsion and bending, important for structures needing stability. They are also corrosion-resistant, enhancing ...
