Polyurethane is the material of choice for best resistance to abrasive conditions

* Reduced screen waste. 
When rehabilitation is necessary, only the damaged or worn components  need to be replaced instead of the entire deck.

* Easy installation and removal. 
The "snap in" design  of our PIPO systems eliminates pins  and scoring of holes in the  support frame. To facilitate 
  replacement,  we have created a special tool which removes  modules with a minimum of time and effort.

* Deflector rails extend machine life.  
  Our intermediate rails which support the screen deck feature a new design which incorporates a deflecting polyurethane strip.  Raw material is deflected directly  to the under pan. This prevents contact between the raw materials and the machine sub frame, greatly  reducing wear on the sub frame and support structure.

* Choice of surface materials. 
Although polyurethane is the most frequently used   material, other surface options are available  such as perforated plate or Vee-wire.
