The Sliver & yarns glass staple fiber yarns and wrapped yarns are manufactured by rotation of the bobbin or special wrapping technology. The products are available in the range of 600 - 5.000 tex.

Sliver & yarns glass staple fiber yarn is made of sliver with the same titer. C-Glass is used as base material which corresponds to an alkali-lime glass with increased boron content and a special chemical resistance according to German Standard DIN 1259.
By twisting or wrapping with filaments (wrapped yarn) it is possible to create yarns with increased resistances. The glass fiber yarn shows a considerably increased elongation compared to other mineral fiber yarns.
