introduction

   Our companys large oven has achieved international advanced level through  absorbing the same productsadvanced technology both at home and abroad, meticulous design and several times updating and upgrading. It uses steam and electricity as the heating source, through a heat exchanger to heat the air forced circulation by the fan. Hot air flows through the materials to transfer the heat and takes the moisture volatilized from the materials. According to the different requirements of materials and different state of the drying process, we can adjust the proportion of air output and circulating load, so as to achieve the purpose of improving both the drying rate and the heat utilization efficiency. These are the hot air circulating ovens advantages. In order to reduce temperature differential in the oven, beside depending on the fourced circulation airs convective heat transfer, an adjustive air dividing apparatus is installed on both sides of the the oven. We could adjust the angle of the air dividing apparatus blade to make all parts temperature of the furnace reach unanimity.

structure

Outer part:this part is made by bending 2mm thick cooling-plate, which are corrosion resistance and anti-rust. There are only one door, installed with strengthened chromium plating square steel door lock and handle. There is trolley rail (it is made of channel steel) in front of the oven, 2.4 meters long.  Its very convenient for the trolleys in and out.

 Inner part: this part is made of 2mm thick SUS304# mirror surface of stainless steel plate, the liners size is. The surrounding areas of the liner covers 200mm thick high-temperature aluminosilicate cotton insulation, and the surrounding areas of the door adds high temperature resistance silicone seal to make sure that the temperature outside of the oven will not burn hands. An anti-explosion door which installs anti-explosion device is added in the back of the oven.

 Electric appliance part: Japan (SHIMA) Corporation intelligence temperature control unit, which has the ultra big liquid crystal display window, usese the module continual cushion type output control heater, and usese controlled silicon. Which changes the traditional impacts caused by the strong inrush current and the big fluctuation of temperature control when zero passage triggering. With a highly cost-effective 4-20MA output type temperature controller, which can make the output voltage show a smooth linear change, the effects of temperature control become more stable, the performance become more remarkable, and the temperatur become more accurate (the output power could be auto controled according to the temperature error). It has the functions of PID self regulating decide, auto-constant temperature controlling, automatic timing (a high-precision digital automatic timer is installed and it could adjust to 999 minutes/hour), timing alarm and cut off the electricity when reaching the temperature, cutting off the electricity after reaching the temperature, leakage protection and so on. The double temperature controller make the temperature more accurate (the double temperature controller are equipped with a over-temperature limit thermostat in case damage the product when the main temperature controller is broken), and making sure the internal temperature in the range of 4 to -4. Besides, it also uses a channel R1000 multi-input paper recorder to record and print parameter.
