3.  Cooling machine

The machine is equipped with to-and-fro conveying belt and it can cut the wafer block to all required sizes as desired and equipped with stacker

This is a wire or blade as per customer's demant cut machine to cut the cream filled wafer sheets very neatly and precisely depending on the final required size. The cutting size is adjustable. This machine is pneumatically handled so that the smooth transfer through the machine is ensured.
The direction changing to have longitudinal and cross directions are done automatically. 

2.     Cutting Machine

The cream is applied, laid up and laminated automatically and regularly before the wafer block is sent to the conveying belt.

The machine automatically counts them according to the adjustment made. Anticipate the roller of filler to have  automatic constant temperature control. Draw and adjust the layer thickness.

This is important equipment in wafer producing as it determines the number of wafer sheets and cream layers required to be made. Its functions are such as; Applying cream layer on to the pre cooled wafer sheets, draw  the cream layer evenly and make the book of wafers sheets with different layer of cream and sheets, then apply slight pressure to hold the wafer/cream together. Number of cream layers and wafer layers can be adjusted as per requirement to have count of 3, 4, 5 etc.

Unanimous heat colors of wafer block. Thanks to the scientific selection of heating components, superior material selection for baking plate and reasonable die carrier structure, the heat colors of the center and periphery of the wafer block having been baked are unanimous. 2. High rate of certified products with finished product rate of not less than 98%. Because of uniform heating and unanimous heat colors, the de-molding rate of biscuit is high with improving rate of certified products accordingly. 3. Small cubage. As a result of reasonable layout, the body length of the baking oven is only 2/3 of the same type of product, which saves space greatly.
