1. Semi-hot blast type roaster
THCR01 achieves a rich flavor with a roasting system using radiant heat and hot blast. Compared to direct drum type, the roasting system based on uniform heat distribution and hot blast gets good results even for beginners. It ensures a perfectly uniform roasting result even during dark roasting.

2. Maximization of heat efficiency
Excellent roasting is realized by unique drum structure and gas burner portion making it possible to complete the roasting in about 8 minutes, which can not be matched by conventional 1KG class shop roasters..

3. Precise control of displacement
Excellent taste and flavor is achieved through precise control of displacement by damper adjusting function.

4. Rapid cooling system
Rapid cooling after roasting completion is an important factor to maintain taste and flavor. Proaster completes the cooling within 2 minutes applying its heavy duty power blower.

5. Safety system
THCR01 is designed to shut off the gas valve when the exhaust blower stops. If it reaches the set temperature during the process, it stops supplying gas.

6. (Optional) Smoke removal device
This device is table type and applicable for the shops such as department stores where a ventilation system is not available.
As this smoke removal device has high efficiency in dust collection even under strong roasting, it has no influence on exhaust capacity regardless of its operation frequency, apt to apply in coffee industries.
