First step-Picking the tea green leaves from plants: Picking the tea leaves is called the "Bahare" (spring) tea. Then these leaves are transported to the tea drying factories by farmers and there, these leaves are weighed and their price are calculated and purchased from farmers.Second step-Plas: This is the process which results in decreasing the humidity and the welter of leaves through some chemical and physical changes such as condensation and also analysis of some chemical mixtures and increasing the permeability rate of the cellular wall of leaves. Third step-friction: It's a mechanical process which through it, the tea leaves will be grinded and the cellular wall of leaf is destructed and the chemical substances mix with the enzymes existing in the leaves and then the oxidation reactions start.Forth step-screening: In this step, the tiny fractioned leaves are separated from the rough and thick leaves and then the resulted clods will be opened and fractioned leaves are cooled.Fifth step-oxidation (fermentation): In this step, all mixtures residing in the leaves will be oxidized by assistance of an enzyme in the proximity of air oxygen. The aim of this step is to providing the aromatic mixtures and taste and color for tea.Sixth step-drying: In this step, the humidity of tea will decrease to a favorable level by practicing high temperatures and oxidation reactions stop and the qualititative specification of tea will be stable.Seventh step-classification: In this step, the cultches in the tea will be removed and tea ingredients will be classified according to their size. The main goal of this step is to cleaning the tea from cultches and classifying it.Eighth step-packing: The tea will be packed in waterproof boxes. The main goal of packing is to preserving and transporting it simply.The premium of exporting the tea in bulk for international purchasers:This company will pack its product for export in bulk in 30kg bags and then export it.
