ATR-D is the ultimate oven to cook pizzas,because of its main features that are: Power saving Low pollution Constant heat Beautiful design High pizza production.ATR-D structure is made of very thick insulating material thatallows the heat mass to accumulate and spread to the points that arefunctional to cook pizzas; this operation is automatically controlledby the control console. The electric door controlled by a pushbuttonallows an easy opening and closing; the ergonomic throat candrastically cut down heat loss when the door is open.ATR-D is an ideal oven because of its power saving, its constantlycontrolled cooking and high working speed.Power saving is today, more than ever, the deciding factor, both fromthe economic point of view and as a polluting element.Comparing it to a normal oven, DIAMANTE can save, on average, up to25/30 kw of daily power supply, that multiplied by 250 working days andthe average cost of energy (in Italy 0.20 per kw), you could save upto 1,250.00-1,500.00 a year.To save energy, heat is kept inside the oven: in this way the cookingchamber has always a constant and equally spread temperature throughits width and you will cook up to100 pizzas in one hour.Besides the correct functioning of the oven, we took care of the designtoo, because ATR-D must be also an original, unique andcharacterizing piece of the furniture of your restaurant.ATR-D is available in different styles: the external coating hasbeen designed and made in stone, similar to a brick-made oven; in onestyle, the arch made of stone from Montefeltro (similar to marblestone) has a brick-made base; the other one is made of crazy pavingstone (palladiana) with many coloured shades and the arch made ofbricks. You will find the pictures of these two styles on our brochure,but there is another combination you can choose, with one of the twoarches described above with a neutral base to be decorated according tothe particular features of your restaurant.
