?         Insulation: In order to prevent thermal energy and transfer of heat to the environment, all machine parts and walls are insulated correctly and with an appropriate thickness.

?         Central control panel: All commands for commissioning and adjusting different part of the machine are issued by the central control panel and sent to various parts.

?         Machine s dimensions: Tunnel oven regarding type of product and intended production capacity and hall dimension can be designed and manufactured with different lengths and useful widths and essentially there is a direct relation between production capacity on one side and useful width and length of the machine on the other side. No doubt production capacity is also dependent on type and weight of each unit of product.

?         Conveyor: Product conveyor is of steel mesh with suitable fabric with variable and controllable speed.

?         Fuel requirements: Based on fuel existing on site of installation, this machine can work on natural gas (city gas) or gas oil.

?         Heat control: Internal temperature of furnace or heating tunnels of the machine is adjustable at a large range. This is done via recording intended temperature for each of the machine s heat tunnels via a system of central control panel. Thereafter, a negative feedback system between fuel combustion and fuel temperature, will be in charge of control and consistency of adjustments.

?         Heat conveying system: Heat conveyance is conducted indirectly and heat is conducted via convection along with generating heat currents of product surface, radiant in the form of short length electromagnetic waves with different proportions.

?         Applications: Used for cooking and mass production of types of biscuits, bread, confectionery, cookies....
