Continuous thermal sterilization is the main alternative to irradiation (uv, ionization, micro-waves) and chemical treatments (EtO). The guarantee of non-aggressive and efficient sterilization requires perfect mixing and accurate control of temperature, steam flow and dwell time.
Based on 12 years of expertise in the spice and herb, medicinal plant and food industies, Revtech is able to provide you an efficient and reliable system designed to answer these criteria using an exclusive and patented process which optimizes the key steps of the treatment. 
A number of continuous sterilization units have already been installed all over the world (Russia, Thailand, England, US, France, Spain, Italy, etc ...) on a wide range of products: spices, herbs, tea, ingredients, cereals, roots, nuts, seeds, etc... with capacities ranging from 200 kg/h up to 4500 kg/h per hour.
According to the product and the functional and organoleptic specifications, the Revtech process is able to guarantee total eradication of the following bacteria : coliforms, yeasts, moulds, enterobacteria, E. Coli, Salmonella. Spore forms can also be destroyed using specific processing conditions. The Revtech system is currently the only system on the market which enables product to be treated without seriously affecting its quality.
