Rotisseries

This is a very popular rotisserie for restaurants that can have kitchen side access, leaving an unobstructed view from the restaurant seating area, making it into a cooking theatre! A wood or gas open flame is designed into the restaurant side for a special feature. The restaurant side is black epoxy in this example, but stone, tile, or metal finishes are often used.
