Make 10 lbs. per batch, 40 lbs. per hour of regular Caramel Corn - a 10 gallon measure of popped corn plus a double batch of glaze. Close to 100 midway concession trailers now have either a right hand dump or left hand dump Mark 10. Many started with a Model #2175. In parks, retail shops, factories, at the beach or boardwalk, the Mark 10 is perfect for higher capacity Caramel Corn operations.
