SEAMERS AND FILLERS

The Angelus40P can be offered in  a straight-line (MSLF) cannery model for closing round cans containing  liquid or semi-liquid products or with discfeed (DF) for can  manufacturing or packing solid products at speeds up to250 cans  per minute.

Smooth, accurate operation: The Angelus 40P  provides a constantspeed through the transfer and seaming turret with  positive assembly ofthe can and cover to minimize  spillage.

Simple, precise seaming method: The four revolving  type seamingheads are mounted in a rotary seaming turret. The cans remain  stationaryduring the seaming operation. All second operation rolls may be  quicklydisengaged for checking first operation seams and then returned to  theiroriginal position through use of  stop indicators.

Extremely efficient: The Angelus  40P handles cans from No.200 toNo.404 and from 1-1/2" to 7" in height with  great efficiencyand minimal spillage. Positive assembly of the cover and  can with a NoCan/No Cover safety feature assures smooth operation with  minimumattention.

Low operating and maintenance cost: All the  parts are easily accessible forcleaning, lubrication and  maintenance.                                                                                 Accessories: The Angelus 40P is  veryversatile with accessories available for can making or steam vacuum operation. Change parts are available for any can diameter within the range of the machine.

Height changes: Can height changes within  the range of the machineare easily made with a height range variation  of about 1-1/8"(29mm).Substitute height change parts are available when  larger adjustments areneccessary.
