It makes PCBs with SMD components entering into the intake drive from conveyor chain automatically, and going through the process of preheating-positioning-soldering-cooling under non-oxygen condition. There are 17 zones in total, the first 14 are for heating, the latter 3 are for cooling.
The system adopts hot air "reflect suction" method.
