VARIO Rice Mill machines

The VARIO-Type Mills offer many possibilities. Intake Capacity: Ranging between 1 to 2,5 t/h of pre-cleaned paddy of uniform grade, having a moisture content of 13/14%.VARIO 1: The paddy is discharged into the intake hopper and conveyed by the elevator to the cleaner. Rough and fine impurities are bagged off on the bagging bench. The cleaned paddy is conveyed to the rubber roll sheller, which removes the husk. The mixture of paddy, shelled rice (cargo / brown rice) and husk is conveyed by an elevator to the closed circuit husk separator HUS 1260. Husk and light particles are separated from the cargo rice and afterwards bagged off. The shelled rice, containing a small percentage of paddy, is conveyed by gravity to a whitener. On the whitener the bran is removed . The whitening degree of the rice is determined by movable weights at the outlet. The bran and the white rice are bagged off on a bagging bench. All machines of the VARIO MILL, except the closed circuit husk separator and elevators, are connected to an efficient aspiration system, comprising a cyclone, ventilator and dust lock. The exhaust air is expelled to the outside of the building, while impurities discharged by the dust lock are bagged off on an bagging bench. The machines are located on a common platform and support structure. VARIO 2: Contrary to VARIO 1, the rice mill VARIO 2 is provided with two whiteners, which operate in parallel. This version permits a higher throughput (double capacity). Husk and light particles are blown to the outside by a husk blower system. VARIO 3: The VARIO 3 is provided in addition to the VARIO 2 with a sieve to sort the white rice. The white rice is graded into 3 fractions: fine brokens, coarse brokens and head rice.VARIO 4: The VARIO 4 is provided in addition to the VARIO 1 with 2 whiteners, operating one after the other (2-pass system). With this arrangement an improved whitening degree is achieved. VARIO 5: In addition to the VARIO 4 the VARIO 5 is equipped with a grading facility of the white rice. The shelled rice can be whitened in one pass (in this case the whitening machines are working parallel - double capacity) or in two passes (in this case the slide on top of the second whitener has to be closed, so that the product will be conveyed via elevator to the second pass whitner).
