The liquid seasoning or Sugar coated onto the snack bodies is rapidly dried up while traveling the drying chamber. The drying chamber has 3-zone with high velocity hot air circulating inside. Drying temperature is normally 80-130 C and standard traveling time is 30 to 40 minutes. It has a separation device which separates products sticking to each other. The finished product will then be ready for packing after sufficient cooling at cooling conveyor.
