Finishing Dryer (APD-200)

The liquid seasoning or Sugar coated onto the snack bodies is rapidly dried up while traveling the drying chamber. The drying chamber has 3-zone with high velocity hot air circulating inside. Drying temperature is normally 80-130 C and standard traveling time is 30 to 40 minutes. It has a separation device which separates products sticking to each other. The finished product will then be ready for packing after sufficient cooling at cooling conveyor.

The Finishing Dryer (APD-200) rapidly dries up the water-soluble liquid seasoning coated unto the snack product. It offers fat-free and healthy snacks which the market needs today. You can  simply apply sugar-based syrup, soy sauce, chocolate-flavored milky syrup, caramel syrup, butter caramel syrup, spicy tomato ketchup, or any other savory-type liquid seasoning to your unflavored snack bodies. Then you feed the coated snacks to the Finishing Dryer for the final drying process required
