Cooker IS80 is intended for mixing, cutting and thermal treatment of liquid, viscous and paste-like dairy products, for example, chocolate milk, dessert, cheese paste, curds products with an extended period of storage. Using the cooker in a production cycle it is possible to reduce loss of product, to heighten quality of products, to shorten duration of a production cycle, to prolong time of realization of products (depending on recipe, up to 14 days)
