The Selo Steam Tunnel is suitable for blanching and cooking a wide variety of products, like meat products and snacks, chicken, fish, vegetables, potatoes, etc. The products are brought in a (thin) layer on the conveyor belt of the tunnel. The conveyor belt leads them in the installation. The blanching/cooking takes place with the help of saturated steam, which is injected at the upper and under side of the tunnel.The continuous cooking system is a proven concept in the wet petfood market. Leaders in the wet pet food market, smaller brands as well as private label producers are using our equipment and knowledge of production processes.
