Full automatically spreads cream on the wafer sheets, stacks them with exact alignment and builds wafer books with unspread top sheets, realized by PLC;
Speeds up to 35 wafer sheets/min;
Easy calibration of the cream layer thickness;
Electric heated spreading roller and the cream container allow a smooth operation;
Up to 4 cream layers freely selectable by PLC;
Spreading, stacking and conveyor belt speed independently and infinitely variable;
Pneumatic drive stacking allows gentle operation and easy maintenance;
Back and Forth Stacking type and Flip-over Stacking type available.
