Stewart Systems presents the Heli-Matic spiral conveyor for the cooling of products. For decades, the Heli-Matic has provided economical, reliable, and dependable service to our many clients worldwide.

Space savings and energy efficiency are achieved through Stewart Systems' patented, double-spiral, endless, wire-rod conveyor design. Products travel up on the outer spiral and return down through the inner spiral. Additional convenience and ease of use is achieved through the location of the infeed and discharge at the bottom of the unit. Each system is custom-engineered in 4 to 25 tier high units. Nominal belt widths are 18", 24", or 30".

Quiet, gentle handling protects your products. A variable frequency drive regulates unit speed, with simplicity and accuracy. Cooling time read-out is provided on an easy to read digital display.

We will specifically engineer the Heli-Matic spiral conveyor to meet your needs. Tin plated spring steel and stainless steel belting are available to best suit your production environment.
