This line has no computer it is controlled by conventional electric control. This is a big advantage for regions by tropical climate.  The line is immune against tropical climatic conditions.

A predefined quality is guaranteed during the whole running time.

You need no bakery experts for handling, because the complete line is to be run by one person per shift. You only need additional a storage worker for storekeeping, transports and loading  for the goods on the lorry.

At the opposite:  preparing the dough by hand not always the same ingredient because  there are mistake by man. So you have always again waste bakery.

The dough is preparing exactly according to the recipe.

Line is working continuously (24 h/day without any break) and always the same quality.
