ORTHODOX CONTINUOUS FERMENTING MACHINE

                Pole star is a CNC machine which has fully auto control over the management of temperature and RH. No big training is required for the operation of this machine.

                Pole star helps to make it easy. This is the first continuous automatic CNC fermenting machine for Orthodox tea manufacturing system. It has multiple perforated belts which moves under CNC in variable speeds to match to process different tea dhools. According to the dhool number, the dhools can be fed to the selected conveyors.

                Orthodox tea is known by its lovers for its flavor and taste. Tea taste depends on the method of the manufacturing system. In the manufacturing system, fermentation fixes the color, flavor and even strength of the coped teas. In this fermentation process we can tune the tea for the maximum extend to achieve the best fermentation, but this required high concentration and highly trained labors to keep keen control over a produced mass.
