Unlike the Sand Roaster which requires precise moisture content before roasting to get thedesired expansion, with NP's new Hot Air Roaster HAR-300, you can get the desired expansion by merely adjusting the roasting temperature. This coupled with the continuously-variable and constant roasting time gives you the flexibility to roast a variety of pellets made from different raw materials. It can even handle the most complicated shapes without worrying about leftover sand in the finished products. And, it is so simple to operate that virtually no technical know-how is required to operate the machine.

NP's Hot Air Roaster (HAR-300) is a reasonably-priced high performance hot air roaster. Heat media of the HAR-300 is a high velocity air that passes through the products to ensure uniform roasting. All functions can be controlled from a single control box. The roasting time is very constant with stepless control employing inverter technology ensuring uniform roasting of all products continuously. Roasting temperature is controlled in two separate zones by digital temperature controllers. Heat is provided by very clean-burning, high-efficiency and fully-automatic gas burners equipped with all the necessary safety devices for trouble-free and simple operation.
