Draining sheet and oil collecting tray and drawer in AISI 304 ,
S/s shovel with bakalite handle ,
Special motor (1 rpm) positioned at the bottom resisting to high temperatures, rotating left/ right ,
Controlling the distance between the radiants and meat with the movement of the heating group and the relevant upper body to the back and forth ,
Equipped with a fused socket for electric d?ner kebap knife .
Maintaining the distance fixed to the heaters depending on the slanted operation of the skewer with meat ,
Homogeneous cooking due to the heaters covering the meatin a cicular way and the special glass with high conductivity of heat in front of the heaters ,
Cooking in a hygienic and safe way by means of heat resistant glass in front of the heaters preventing the splashing of the fat to the heaters
