CB 595 Efficient Skin Removing Machine

This series is applied high standard and technical skills of meat processing machinery industry.These are the models CB 595 / 695 / 795, their main difference are the cutting width.Easy handling is a presupposition to allow non-specialists to work with the machine. A solid construction in stainless steel with additional reinforcement sheet protects the machine from taint and grants it a longer life. For cleaning purposes, the knife holder, conveyor belts and pressing units can be taken off without extra tools.Under these special designs a high hygienic standard could be met. Beside these, CB series are all equipped with wheels for easy transportation. By fixing these wheels, the machine could be fixed in working place.
