Srg Seperator

The light liquid is forced along the top faces of the bowl discs toward the bowl centre and discharges via the centre hole of the distributor through the corresponding hole of the top disc - the inner way.

The liquid mixture to be treated flows from below through the centre bore of the bowl spindle into the separator bowl, along the lower side of the distributor and through the distributing holes in the bowl discs. In the inter-spaces between the latter the liquids are by the action of centrifugal force. The heavy liquid together with heavy sludge moves along the underside of the bowl discs towards the bowl periphery, where the sludge settles in the sludge space, the heavy liquid continues along the upper face of the top disc towards the neck of the bowl hood and discharge through the annular opening between top disc outer way.

The purpose of separation is to separate to intermingled liquids, which are in soluble in each other and have different specific gravities, at the same time separating off any solids having higher specific gravity than the liquid.

High Speed Super Centrifuge of SRG 509 Type (Reconditioned) with 7.5 HP motor. The disc type bowl and all other product wetted parts of these separators are made of stainless steel.
