Bear Drum Roaster Cerberus Series

A screw conveyor is placed on the rear side of the drum to feed the roasting chamber with the product. This short screw conveyor also acts as an exhaust ducting after the sterilizing process. The product outlet an front door rotate together with the drum, which eliminates the sealing difficulties due to heat elongations.

The construction of CERBERUS mainly consists of a base frame, which holds the bearings and the main drive as well as the roasting drum.

The CERBERUS is completely made of steel which makes it more heat resistant and easier to maintain than casted iron constructions.
