The oversize material of both the screen will be recycled to the same grinder.

Micro Ultrafine is used for the grinding of crushed guar dal. This crushed guar dal will pass through dryer line where actual drying will happened. Material will screen through centrifugal screen. Material passing through screen will be again screened through turbo screen will be additional control. The final material what we get from the plant is of fine mesh size.

After crushing the crushed guar dal will go to the dryer The dried dal will go to the Ultrafine pulverizer with uniform rate.

The Viscosity of the guar gum depends on the pressure of this two roll.

Prehydrated guar dal will go to flaker. Flaker will crush the guar dal with the help of two heavy rolls.

This cleaned material will be stored in a storage tank by gravity and from storage tank it will go to Double cone mixer.

In Double cone mixer guar dal reacts with water and it become prehydrated guar dal.

The first step is to clean the guar dal with the help of separator which removes dust and unrequited matter with the help of pneumatic system.
