grinding machine. There are steel balls inside the main machine to grind the chocolate
syrup,so that the syrup becomes more smooth and fine.HJQM-1000 ball milling machine is mainly composed by grinding vat, material vat and pump. Chocolate compound material are grinded and mixed in material vat first,then flow into grinding vat through pump. Steel balls in the grinding vat crushand extrude reciprocally. Later, the slurry flow into the material vat again.In this circle, the chocolate material will kept grinded fine.Functional characteristics:The advantage of the product: grind quickly, little electricity, easy maintenance.
After the grinding process, the slurry circulates in the machinery. The chocolate
slurry material can be fine mixed and purified.The machinery can hold chocolate compound material one thousand kilograms each time.
The temperature and grinding time can be free controlled with sound alarm. There
are electrical temperature control equipment in both material vat and grindingvat. The machinery can power on and off automatically through advance settingtemperature.
