The syrup is dosinged by a pump which is controled by a frequency inverter. After this, the syrup is heated by the steam then flowing into the vacuum room via a unloading valve. After the vacuum
and steam processing the final products will be storaged in the active vessel.

The syrup before cooking temp.:105~110 C.
The syrup after cooking temp.:135~140 C.
