Power Efficiency: about 1.8KW.
Power: 3 phase AC 380V, or single phase 220V, 50Hz.
Control system: 10.4 color LCD screen, all data are shown on and modified through it. There is two ways to input pattern data. 3.5 floppy disk and U disk. The memory on the machine is 32M, max goes to 1G and large amount of patterns can be stored and selected to knit. The pattern design system is convenient for operate and upgrade.
Machines status lamp: Green ( normal operation), Yellow ( normal stop ), Red (abnormal stop).
Security devices: full safety cover for noise-suppression and dust-proofing with warming marks.
Error alarm: all devices stop the machine and give an alarm in case of yarn break, large knot, needle break, fabric press-off, wraparound check needle smash, racking error, program error, and pieces count etc. Small knot cause several courses at lower speed.
Drive system: belt-driven, AC servomotor driven without limits.
Power-off protection: correct continuation of knitting process after power failure without any waste pieces.
Yarn storage and Yarn Supplier (Option): especially suitable for knit yarns with low strength such as worsted yarn, rabbit hair yarn, high count cotton yarn.
Take up device: main roller, moment motor controlled. 24 selectable levels, each level has a rang of 0-99 to be adjusted. Sub roller, cooperate with sinkers to knit full-fashioned garment.
Yarn carrier: eight yarn carriers can be dropped off at any position of carrier rail according to program setting.
Needle selection: eight level full jacquard selection via special solenoid actuators.
Stitch density: stepping motor driven, 24 selectable levels, the stitch can be adjusted within 5mm.
Sinker system: moveable revolving sinkers on both needle beds make the bulge fabric and full fashioned fabric knittable on the machine, even without any old loop ( add, minus needle )
Moveable needle plate: servo motor driven Max 2 inch moving range in left or right direction. 1/2, 1/4, 3/4 pitch also available from any position and slight error can be compensated by fine-turning function. With two compact systems, loops can be simultaneously transferred to front or rear bed, independent of carriage direction.
Knitting function: it can realize manifold knitting methods, such as knit, tuck and loop transfer etc. Due to the Three-Way-Technique, it can finish knit, tuck or loop transfer in one compact system.
Knitting system: Double compact system, single carriage.
Knitting speed: servo motor driven, 24 adjustable speed levels, max in 1.2m/second.
